The VIRTUAL Joints in Motion training program is an exciting program available in certain parts of the United States and is designed to bring all of the benefits of Joints in Motion to people who do not live near an active JIM program. Now you can join us online to train and raise funds through Virtual Joints in Motion.
Members of the Humpy's Marathon and Skinny Raven Half Marathon teams will receive:
- Training to run or walk a marathon or half marathon provided by an experienced online coach and expert.
- Guaranteed event entry
- Hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel
- Team apparel
- Team incentives
- A once-in-a-lifetime experience to complete a personal goal and, at the same time, help the 1 in 5 people who live with arthritis
- Your very own web site and online fundraising tools to spread the word about your participation in VJIM and help you raise funds online from friends, family, and co-workers
- On site JIM staff representation
- Airfare to Anchorage, AK
As a member of our Humpy's Marathon and Skinny Raven Half Marathon virtual team, you will be responsible for raising a minimum of $6000 to support the mission of the Arthritis Foundation. All donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
